In a interview with PEOPLE MAGAZINE, the Chris Brown "clarified" what he calls incorrect reports – based on a clip of an interview with Larry King airing Wednesday night – about the events with Rihanna that led to his arrest:

"There have been reports on the Internet that I didn't remember what happened that night with Rihanna. I want to try and set things straight.

"That 30 seconds of the interview they used of me was taken from a one hour interview during which that same question was asked something like four or five times – and when you look at the entire interview you will see it is not representative of what I said.

"The first four times – or however many times it was – I gave the same answer – which was that I didn't think it was appropriate for me to talk about what happened that night. I said it was not right for me and it really wasn't fair to Rihanna. The fifth time – or whatever it was – I just misspoke. I was asked, 'Do you remember doing it?' and I said, 'No.'

"Of course I remember what happened. Several times during the interview, my mother said that I came to her right afterwards and told her everything. But it was and still is a blur. And yes, I still can't believe it happened because it is not me or who I am, nor is what happened like anything I have ever done before.

"As I have said several times previously, I am ashamed of and sorry for what happened that night and I wish I could relive that moment and change things, but I can't. I take full responsibility for my actions. What I have to do now is to prove to the world that this was an isolated incident and that is not who I am, and I intend to do so by my behavior now and in the future."

This concert, hosted by Justin Timberlake, will be a benefit concert that will highlight a weeklong golf tournament in Las Vegas from Oct. 11-18, called the 2009 Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open.

Ha, since when is he so serious about golf?

T-Boz and Chilli will play in Las Vegas's Mandalay Bay Events Center on Oct. 17 for the "Justin Timberlake and Friends Foundation".

Along with Justin Timberlake and TLC, country singer Taylor Swift and R&B singers Alicia Keys and Ciara have also been added to the ticket.

Its good to see T-Boz and Chilli back on stage.

Back in May, Mike Tyson's 4-year-old daughter, Exodus, was discovered unconscious and wrapped in an exercise treadmill cord. Exodus was then pronounced dead later at the hospital.

Tyson is now speaking out about the horrible accident and how he's trying to continue living his life.

Says Tyson:

"I knew Chill over 25 years ago. I met Mike recently. I really was beating myself up over my daughter. I was staying in the house, depressed; it was a dark moment in my life. This keeps me functioning as a healthy human being."

I am working with dealing with it. I have spoken to a lot of people. I have become a member of an exclusive club no one wants to join. I have been told the pain never stops but you get over it. I am going through a process, trying to heal. I am in denial, because I don't know how to handle it. I don't know what to do or say. I appreciate everybody who supported me."

According to TMZ:

This bloody mug shot was taken after Stokes was arrested for domestic violence August 2 at their home in Moreno Valley, CA. According to law enforcement sources, Sara stormed out of the house after arguing with husband Tony — she tripped, fell down and accused him of doing it.

We’re told Sara — who hurt her head in the fall — grabbed a knife and stabbed Tony in the arm — while their 3 kids watched. Paramedics and cops came and Stokes was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence. The D.A. is deciding whether to charge her.

Sara’s lawyer, Eric Kayira, tells us, “Sara and Tony have a very passionate and loving relationship that on August 2, while having an evening of fun, she slipped and fell, hitting her head heavily on the ground and somehow in the process of helping her Tony got injured.”

Haha, somewhere along in the process he got injured! Way to cover!

The family of legendary pitchman Billy Mays are on the medical examiner, like white on rice, who believes cocaine was a factor in his death back in June!

The Mays family finds the results of Billy's autopsy to be "speculative conclusions" and believe the complication of coke in their loved one's death "[obscures] the conclusion that Billy suffered from chronic, untreated hypertension."

So they think it was all for publicity? ha, yea right!

He had been treating chronic pain for a "hip condition" with prescription meds for the past two years.

Says the family in a statement released Friday:

"Given the hectic nature and pace of Billy's life, especially during the past 10 months of his exhaustive travel across the country, it was not surprising to hear that hypertension was the cause of his death. We were totally unaware of any non-prescription drug usage and are actively considering an independent evaluation of the autopsy results."

Check out what Russell Simmons had to say on his blog in regards to Michael Vick and his actions.

He has a lot of great advice and wisdom.

When I was young I did some foul sh*t. I never tortured an animal or molested a child, but I did a lot of illegal stuff. And while I was doing it all, I can honestly say that I was unconscious and didn't see anything wrong. My awakening came later. It is a fact that unconsciousness runs rampant in humankind and many times has grave consequences on our society.

When I heard about the arrest of Michael Vick and read about what he did to dogs, it made my stomach hurt. However, I was never like so many of my friends and co-workers who were on the "convict Michael Vick and put him away" bandwagon. I felt, as I do now, that he is worth more to people and animals, free and able to speak out about his crimes. I spoke to Michael today, and listened intently as he explained how sorry he is and how he now understands (and FEELS) that he was, yes, here is that word again, unconscious, when he participated in the killing and torture of those dogs.

We talked about how impressionable people are and how when they are raised in an environment that abuses women, children or animals, it gives their conscious free range to repeat that cycle. Children who grow up numb to the suffering of others are in danger of repeating what they know and are clearly in dire need of mentors to show them the evil in their actions and lead them away from them. These kids need someone who speaks their language to tell it to them straight - that dog fighting is one of the cruelest practices in the world today.

That voice of reason I believe can be Michael Vick.

I always look for the best in people and when Michael tells me that looking into the eyes of people who love and respect animals and seeing their pain and disgust - it changed him. I choose to believe him, and realize that I may be in the minority amongst the animal rights community that I proudly am a part of. We can never undo the suffering those innocent dogs endured or bring back the many, many lives that were lost. All we can do is try using Michael Vick as an instrument, to stop dog fighting in the community while we save the lives of those innocent animals and change the karmic effect that will be felt by those who wake up and realize what they have done. That is my only prayer.

I was encouraged that even though Michael has been re-instated to play football and is getting his life back, that he still understands that his true calling is just beginning. I hope that the people who are illegally torturing pitbulls in back alleys and laundry rooms across the world will hear Michael Vick when he tells them that it's wrong, cruel and criminal and will only lead to their own suffering and eventually to jail. I pray that the message that he learned, "not from being incarcerated, but from those who cared about the welfare of animals" will reach every person who harms an innocent animal.

Michael has a lot of work to do. I support his efforts and have high hopes for his success not only on the field but much more importantly, in the community, where animals are waiting to be saved and people's levels of consciousness are yearning to be lifted.

Wrigley, the Doublemint gum creator, said on Thursday it had ended a commercial deal with Chris Brown, following his guilty plea on charges of assaulting Rihanna.

This is where his salary begin to go south!

Brown had been a spokesman for Doublemint gum and his hit song "Forever" was part of Wrigley's advertising campaign.

Following Chris Brown's February arrest on suspicion of attacking Rihanna in Los Angeles the night before the Grammy Awards, Wrigley said it was "concerned" by the allegations against him.

Maintaining that Chris Brown deserved due legal process, Wrigley said at the time it was suspending its commercial featuring the singer until the matter was "resolved."

But with Chris Brown pleading guilty in June to punching (haha, punching! It sounds funny) Rihanna until she was bleeding and bruised, Wrigley said on Thursday it had "ended" its deal with the him.
Brown, whose hit songs include "Run It" and "Kiss Kiss," agreed in his plea to serve five years probation and perform 180 days of community service in his home state of Virginia.

Wrigley's disclosure came a day after a judge delayed a sentencing hearing for Brown to make sure his punishment included physical labor such as road cleanup.

Oh well. You get what you paid for.
