Parent #1; Parent #2

US Passports will now identify parental units in a "gender neutral" way.

Guardians will be classified as either Parent 1 or Parent 2, instead of mother or father, for those who may have two mothers or two fathers.

Fred Sainz, vice president of the Human Rights Campaign, called the news
"a positive step forward for all American families. It was time that the federal government acknowledged the reality that hundreds of thousands of kids in this country are being raised by same-sex parents."

The ninth season will include the shows 200th episode.

Spngbob Squarepants will air in 2012, making it TV's number one animated series with kids 2-11 for 10 consecutive years.

Gozzi Turkey Farms, which has become a local attraction, has been dying the turkeys for about 50 years.
