Prison Dancers?!

I was browsing youtube and I came across this video. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing. First off, is that a girl or a guy?! Second, since when does everyone in prison get along and no fights break out?! Third, I thought this was jail! Why are they dancing! I thought jail was supposed to be a place where people receive punishments because of their crime?! But, besides that, I think this video was nicely choreographed and is a nice tribute for MJ.

I wonder who was brave enough to teach them the moves?
